How to reach us
E-mail [email protected] from the address your workspace was invited with. Say which page you were on and what you expected; if a page showed a code such as oauth_token_expired, include it - it is safe to share and tells us exactly where the system stopped.
What to expect
During the invitation beta a founder answers within one working day. We will never ask for your password, a provider token or a one-time code.
Connected-account problems
If a connected account stops reading, revoke it on its page and connect again; while our Google application is in Testing mode, Google expires consent after about seven days by design. If reconnecting does not help, write to us with the code the page shows.
