A beta, with you as the authority.

The service
LumiWright Agent Factory is provided by invitation, as a beta, to help you produce and govern your own content. You keep every right to what you create; we claim none. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to use, and you are responsible for what you approve.
Authority stays with you
The product never publishes, sends or spends on your behalf without an explicit approval bound to the exact artifact. Where a capability does not exist yet the page says so instead of pretending. Refusals are evidence, not failures.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no impersonation, no harassment, no attempts to reach another workspace's data, and no use that breaches a connected provider's own terms. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules and will say why.
Beta and warranty
During the beta the service is provided as-is, may change or pause, and carries no warranty of availability or fitness. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months, which during the invitation beta is nothing. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You may stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking for deletion; we may end the beta with notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless your invitation states otherwise.
