The workflow

- Production. Write, voice, animate and edit, with a presenter where you want one.
- Review. Check quality, accuracy and your voice, then approve.
- Delivery. Export the course, book, episode or campaign.
- Distribution and feedback. Publish with your approval and bring the response back into the next piece.

A presenter for your Lumi lesson
The presenter preview extends Explainer Studio's revision workflow. Your accepted lesson remains the comparison point while you review a new candidate.
- Open a lesson with an accepted video. For the HeyGen mode, first accept the narration you want the presenter to use.
- Choose a presenter mode and upload a portrait you have permission to use. Confirm likeness consent and the visible disclosure.
- For a provider render, review the selected provider, engine and billing mode, then authorize that run separately from likeness consent. A request ceiling limits provider calls; it is not a price quote.
- Compare the candidate with your accepted lesson. Accept the version you want to keep, or discard the candidate.
- Export the accepted revision. Undo restores the previous accepted revision; it does not undo provider usage or recall an exported file.

Keep provider keys in the workspace credential settings, never in a project brief or chat. An unavailable selected mode must be resolved before rendering; it is not silently replaced with another mode.
